Paolo Nutini called up the Forum on Monday to notify them they'd spelt his name wrong. Brilliant. He also put on a very cool show there the night after! You can read all about it at FasterLouder by heading here.
I've got one video from the show, Jenny Don't Be Hasty:

Philadelphia Grand Jury @ East Brunswick Club, Melbourne (23/10/2009)
The Philly Jays! Yeehah! These guys put on a great show at the EBC, supported by Young Heretics and Kid Sam. You can read my review of the gig at the Dwarf here. (Correction in my review - he was drinking from a carton that said custard, not milk...)
Here are some vids:
The Philly Jays, The Good News:
Young Heretics, Bones of a Rabbit:
MC Bad Genius has a sick beard.

Nick Oliveri @ Northcote Social Club (21/10/2009)
Warning: If you're scared of bald men with devil goatees then I suggest you stay away from this post. Mr. Hardcore himself, Nick Oliveri, hit the NSC from some powerchord love and plenty of old numbers from Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, Mondo Generator, the Dwaves and his own solo catalogue. You can read my review of the show at the Dwarf by heading here.
Here are some vids:

Little Birdy @ The Old Melbourne Gaol (14/10/2009)
Little Birdy performed an amazing gig at the Old Melbourne Gaol. You can read my review by heading here. Alternatively, you could just check out my videos:
Into My Arms (Katy's on piano in this one, with a string quartet up above):
Relapse (this one's a better video for lighting, the strings are still there):
"What is the zero say to the eight? Nice belt" ...yeah, funny one Katy...

Just a video from the album launch at the Curtin: Robots Are Cool, because they are... And so are the Galvatrons!
Parklife @ Birrarung Marr, Melbourne (03/10/2009)
Parklife
Twas a fun day at Birrarung Marr, watching kiddies get tackled for sneaking into the festival, my eyes having a fit trying to watch Crystal Castles' light show, Luke Steele's whackiness almost matching that of his ex-partner, but his weirdness totally exceding Littlemore's... You can read my review by heading here.
Here are some videos:
The start of Art Vs Science, and the start of the festival really (given that all prior to them was total rubbish doof):
And..
Lady Sovereign, arrested in Brisbane but awesome in Melbourne:
This photo is Crystal Castles' stage, with the awesome city backdrop:
This is La Roux (maybe I should get some hairspray...):
And Bertie Blackman early in the day, finally Miss Popular:
Whickity-whack!
